How to save money while showering?
It comes no surprise that we can even save money while showering. For some it can be awkward, but having an extra buck in my pocket, now that’s a deal.
I have 2 choices for you:
First: A Low-Flow Shower works by mixing air into the water flow, which is restricted to increase the water pressure. Low-Flow Showerhead costs around $10 to $25 and can save a typical home about 8000 gallon of water per year. It is easy to install and it could take about 5 to 10 minutes.
Bottom line, your savings could go up to$ 250 dollar year. Looking at the savings, it is worth the time and cost. If you want to boost your savings and get the best efficiency, you should get a low-flow shower head with a shut-off valve. This allows you to turn off the water while soaping up, and then turn it back on instantly without having to re-adjust the temperature.
Now that’s a deal for the environment and your pocket.
Second: You can just chose to reduce the time you shower by minimum 5 to 7 minutes.
Shower for less.

I never thought of that, what an excellent idea. I am going to add you to my green blog today.
